I needed a vehicle very quickly because the engine blew in my old car. Leeann was awesome at talking me through making a decision between two vehicles. Josh and Leeann helped me get approved as quickly as possible. Andy was also great at helping me through all of the finance paperwork and everything involved. All of this was done remotely and my new vehicle that I absolutely love was delivered very quickly. This is a great team and I was fortunate to have them help me through this experience. My husband and I had the most incredible car buying experience at Donley in Galion. Christian was wonderful. Very personable, just as every other person we encountered at Donley. Leanne was another sales person there, while we didn’t buy from her, she was also wonderful. Andy, the finance guy, he was also just as incredible. All of them were very knowledgeable, they didn’t push for more, and they were very respectful and honest. I can’t honestly see my husband and I ever buying a car anywhere else.

This dealership was about 90 minutes from where we live in Cleveland but they had the best deal on a 23 Maverick in the tristate area! They certainly made our time worth it- we were able to do most of the tedious paperwork over the phone so we only spent about an hour on site to pick it up. The dealership had plenty of activities to keep our toddler busy and the staff were warm and welcoming. Thanks to Tim and Andy for making this experience so seamless and stress-free for us!

Great experience EDIT 3 months later. Noticed an issue I should have looked for before the purchase & brought it up during an oil change. They offered a very reasonable solution. Trusting a dealership will usually get you in trouble, but I highly recommend these guys!
