We had a wonderful experience! We bought a 2022 Ford F- 150
Took my car in was told the part would take a week to get in. After waiting a week unable to use my car, on the day of my appt I was told Noone was available to do the work until next week. Furious! I could have gone somewhere else a week ago and made an appointment, now I'm stuck waiting days for someone else to fix my car. To top it off they told my the park had xome in days before expected and noone even bithered to call me. So irresponsible and unprofessional. I would never use this company!
They were very helpful. Diagnosed problem, discussed my options for repairs and fixed the issue in good time!
