I have no words to describe the attention and service. I'm so happy I found this dealership. I bought a van and checked out all the other vehicles; they were all super clean and practically new, from the tires to the roof. I didn't even know which one to choose because they were all the same. Then there was the financing; they didn't beat around the bush or add extra charges. They explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend this dealership and their services. Go and see for yourselves. From my own experience, I've always said that if you're honest, you'll find honest people. Had the easiest purchase experience imaginable today! Could not recommend this place any higher. I buy a lot of vehicles, mostly used, and can't stand the greasy sales tactics and wasted time I encounter at most dealerships. I've recently been searching for a flatbed truck with very specific options. I had found and considered four other trucks before finding this one. Those were all being sold by large commercial truck or manufacturer dealerships. Every one of them either wouldn't get through the basic steps with me over the phone and required me to negotiate in person or left out additional costs and fees when quoting the final price... typical bait and switch kind of sleaze that used car salesmen are known for. Plain and simple… the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Alex and Travis were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the process. I was in the market for used to work truck I checked out numerous dealerships in the OC area then I was searching on Google and found Dons Auto Center in Fontana. The prices are very fair so I made the drive down to their dealership all the way from Huntington Beach to check out the truck. I really liked it, but there was another dealership down the street, Pacific Auto Center so I went there after the fact to look at their inventory to compare. I was appalled by the fact that they have so many hidden add-ons of useless accessories I didn’t even want and or need and they wouldn’t work on the price much at all and were so pushy and aggressive during the negotiation process. I ended up walking out and driving right down the street back to Dons to talk to Alex the salesman. He was awesome. Du
