Used AAA and they used this service. First of all Sebastian our tow guy came out after his shift ended in a snow storm to come get me and my family coming down the mountain. He made sure we were safe and warm through the whole tow. Great service

AAA used this shop to provide service. Absolut out outstanding service! They arrived quick and dealt w situation w lots of ease as if they moved a cup of water from L to R. Not only handling it as it happens to everyone all day long but arrived w 2cars - big tow truck and a small jeep and handle all in 3 min.. Got stuck below street w a traction on back wheels w a very long com chevy van Sebastian was my driver - EXCELLENT!

Honest, reliable,friendly,intelligent,and timely. Over the years we have had nothing but incredible work done on our vehicles. My kids, my friends, all of us owe Don and his crew nothing but praise and thanks. We are extremely fortunate to have them on the mountain taking care of our vehicles.

If you are looking for Quality Work, Integrity & Honesty, steer clear of Don's Garage in Running Springs. It's NOT a Triple A rated garage, their tow truck driver told me it was, the only reason I went there. I highly recommend 'Jim's Auto Service' in Top Town Crestline. They get the job done RIGHT. Unlike DonJr. & Bill, Nate & his wife, at Jim's Automotive, don't (have to) 'pretend' to be good sincere honest people. Don's Garage could learn a lesson from them.
