Super friendly mom and Pop kind of shop. They explained everything clearly and i could tell they’re not trying to maximize their fees. Great customer service. They’re not open on weekends, but I will plan my oil changes around their schedule, cause they’re worth taking extra time to work with. My neighbor told me about how much he liked them and I’m so glad that I finally tried them out.

Moving back to SF in a month. I’ve been away for 10 years. I’m so happy to see that Don’s is still in business. I’ve had nothing but great and honest service here. Not looking forward to my next breakdown, but when it comes, I’ll be trusting Don’s again and again.

Told me to come back in a few days for a free checkup. Charged me $70 anyways. I have no problem with paying for mechanic services, but I don't need you to lie to me.

I normally hate taking my car into a mechanic because I feel like I am getting fleeced. My friend said Don is honest and runs his business with integrity, and that 100% proved true. I went in expecting to need brake pads replaced on both axles after an oil change assessment, but Don gave me a call and said the back ones were in great shape and did not need to be replaced. Final price also perfectly matched the original quote. Best auto service experience I have ever had.
