Don's Auto & Truck Center

I'm leaving this review not out of spite but out of understanding. Don's Auto is a small dealership off highway 21 and the Tomah area. I don't like making or hearing accusations. In a perfect world that behavior would go unsaid and everybody would go about their business. Strong people don't make accusations. So I won't be making them. I will state facts. Don's Auto was great to me when I needed their help. You guys gave me a loaner for 3 weeks while you worked on the front end suspension of my Nissan Murano. Granted I worked pizza delivery at the time... And you guys were completely okay with a couple a thousand miles or so on it. You even fixed up the body work on my Nissan. I bet you thought I wouldn't notice. I did. You also fixed up issues that a shop out of New Lisbon maliciousl

To start off I never leave reviews. But I purchased my truck, a 2015 gmc sierra 1500, and as a mechanic I was a little stubborn in the purchasing process and had them put it on lift and took it for multiple test drives and without hesitation they let me do it all. Even though it had been on the lot awhile they did not push me into the purchase and gave me a great deal on it. Shortly after I bought the truck it, completely shutoff on me one morning but started right back up. I let them know of the issue and they had there mechanics take a look and after they went through everything when eventually they determined a bad battery, which is exactly what it was. Severely underrated! Incredibly patient and knowledgeable on service. They even provided a loaner car for same day repair as well as are open on Fridays! I will be regularly coming here going forward.

In this day and age it's so hard finding a good place to bring your vehicle to but we found dons to be awesome they keep us informed of what's going on. We never had a problem Bud keep up the good work thank you so much

Today durning this horrible storm (3-19-25) I stopped at dons to initially wait out the storm since my car kept trying to slid. Bud was amazing and said yeah, during conversation I brought up I needed my tires rotated. Without skipping a beat bud told me the price and said he could do it today and even tried helping me out with 2 new tires. Because of his hospitality and helping me out I was able to make it home safely! Highly recommend dons auto!
