As many reviewers have also noted, trust is sometimes hard to come by when it comes to car repairs. Not at Don's! Incredible people. I have a daughter in college and have had her Subaru serviced several times at Don's. They are extremely professional and you don't have to worry that they will find things to repair that don't need it. The ultimate compliment I can give is to recommend Don's to another friend, a car guy, whose daughter is now also in college in the area. Without hesitation I told him you can trust these guys with her car and the kindness they will show your daughter as well.

I started taking my car to Don’s after B&D in Fishtown closed. I am impressed with their work and, more importantly, their honesty. I had recently had my car at a shop that specialized in Euro cars because of a strange malfunction with my car’s immibolizer. While it was there they identified thousands of dollars in repairs that required “immediate attention”. Don’s provided a second opinion on these issues and admitted they were less familiar with the immobilizer problem. At the same time, they talked me out of doing most of the other repairs because they were absolutely not necessary. The work I did have done was reasonably priced. I’m always happy with their work, knowledge, and customer service. Highly recommend this shop!

I have been using dons auto for years. He truly appreciates his customers and very friendly and kind. I never had an issue with them at all. They have helped me in some stocky situations and work they didnt have the capacity to do they just told me so instead of giving me the run around, which by the way was only one thing and even the dealership had troubles fixing the issue. Anyway they have good prices and don't care who you are they never try and scam you. Amazing guys here. My only complaint is they aren't open weekends which would work so.much better for me but its also understandable based on only having two mechanics. Stay awesome guys

Don's is terrific! I was in a bind and they got me in ASAP with no appointment. Fast turnaround and quality work. Henry was very helpful & professional. A real gem in Fishtown for auto repair.
