This place is an absolute joke. He likely has family or friends leave 5 star reviews to try and cover the realistic bad ones. I'm not the customer but someone I know is. I live out of state otherwise I would have had the customer come to me instead. I've seen the shops pricing and know they charged a customer nearly $500 for ACDelco spark plugs, and wiring. This "shop" charged $21 PER SPARK PLUG. I have worked for both Meineke & Firestone. The spark plug needed costs between $9-$13 max for ACDelco, and less for NGK. I now work as an aircraft mechanic on commercial aircraft. To say I know maintenance is an understatement, so i'll spare the details of how familiar I am with electrical systems, ohms law, and the latter. The plugs needed for this specific vehicle again are around $9-13 a pie

They were great to get my car in quickly, they were very careful and made my entire experience great!! Im always nervous taking my car places because I'm a professional car detailer so needless to say i baby my vehicle, they did several things to my 2011 Avalon, and treated it like China. I will continue to do business here and I recommend them to anyone!

Does trash work. He will lie to you and insist on unnecessary work. Charges retail price for used parts.

Don saved the day when my truck died 300 miles from home in Ohio! Towed the truck to the shop and talked to the local church who let me keep my small camper in their parking lot while the truck was being repaired. Spent the afternoon talking about car guy stuff while waiting on the correct parts to arrive which I enjoyed. Since it was dark when everything was fixed he helped me hook my camper back up and showed me the way to the local Arby’s for dinner. Don & Brenda were extremely nice and beyond helpful! They made dealing with my 2nd breakdown on my 6100 mile road trip a lot less stressful. Thanks again!

Two stars because I could tell he knew what he was doing and didn't damage my car. He moved it 30 ft out of a frozen field. He charged me $300!!!! He definitely took advantage, he has no issue taking a gross amount of money and could care less that it's just me paying the bills, not everyone has help.
