I took my 2000 Ford Excursion to Cory after a friend’s referral. They kept the truck for seven weeks. I left a note explaining that the last time it had this kind of vibration, the issue was the transfer case. During that time, I received several excuses about why it wasn’t fixed. Eventually, they replaced the transfer case with a used one, which solved the problem. However, they also replaced the upper and lower ball joints on the front right side—even though the vibration was coming from the rear. When my wife picked up the truck and drove it to our summer home in Virginia, the vehicle was very difficult to control. Cory and his staff have been fair and very helpful to me. I've had one vehicle there at the shop that had a busted head gasket. I told Cory that I know that car is bound to be a pain in the rear end. Lol! He has been very good about everything regarding that vehicle. He has fixed my other vehicle too. Cory is fair and honest. So is his staff.

Went for an inspection. They told me it would take 30 minutes. It took 2 hours. They were less than nice when I kept asking about it. My friends truck has also been there for 6+ months. Apprently they have to replace 1 part that was already bought by my friend. Not happy since I borrow that truck for my horses.

Cory and the guys are great! Yes they are slammed all the time. Yes, you may need to wait, but they are honest and trustworthy! Most men see a woman pull into a garage and see dollar signs! They give you the best price possible. No one else has ever worked on my Jeep.
