Doral's Auto Repair

Great service, friendly and professional staff. My Mercedes E 400 had a terrible noise in the rear passenger side, so I went to Doral ‘s auto repair, it took them less than an hour to fix it . The waiting area is clean , spacious offering snacks, coffee, TV as entertainment while waiting for the vehicle. Very professional , I would recommend it to all Mercedes Benz owners. The service is excellent.

This was my first service on my new truck, and service was recommended on my brakes and transmission fluids in addition to the oil change. We did that and also, Gordon tracked down a replacement taillight ( my truck is a ‘24, so being newish was a little bit of a challenge) after it was broken in a parking lot. They were helpful and attentive to the details , will recommend them for all your needs. If your vehicle needs work, call ‘em!

The service was top tier from the moment I walked in. Customer service was immaculate. Cheryl was a sweetheart. She took the time and listened. They provided honest service as rather than charging me for a full diagnostic it was offered that they would start off with a pressure test first to see if that would discover the problem with my coolant levels being low. They provided a full inspection report and sent me a copy via email so I can review it. I also appreciate the respect they had for my time. John was great as well, providing transportation and made sure I got to work on time! All around 5 stars!!

A great generic service. If you think of Doral as Kaiser, your HMO, that does basic care well and keeps your otherwise healthy car running, you'd give Doral 5 stars. They produce a color report notating every problem they find in your auto. They are quick on changing oil and providing basic services. They even call for Uber so that you don't wait there in their office (which has coffee, drinks, water, what not!). Yet - to continue using this metaphor - if you're sick and really need a kidney transplant or blood transfusion (aka a transmission flush) - you are doomed. You'll be astonished at their prices! The brakes replacement was offered at $950+ when other places quoted me about $550. They'll look at your sternly as soon as they realize that you are not a paying kind. They quoted me $170

John and Cheryl were amazing to work with...I had my car towed into the shop for not powering when attempting to start. After troubleshooting John explained the issue (Wireless Ignition Node no good) and gave me an estimate. My "wig" (hair) was blown back by the cost; however, Cheryl explained the different financing options DORAL'S offered reassuring we would figure it out. Within 20 mins I was approved and within 1 week my car was repaired along with a few other issues and I was on the road again. The knowledge, professionalism, honesty and genuine family feeling that I received was the icing on the cake. They have gained a repeat customer. Thank you, SUNNY (SUNSHINE)
