DOREDA TOWING LLC

On 10/27/25 we were traveling on I20 over 500 miles from home when we needed a tow. We were given a 90 minute ETA, and it took over 2 hours. Dispatch new there were 2 passengers and 2 dogs. When the tow driver got there he said he was only allowed 1 passenger. The driver only strapped 2 tires down, understandably due to the traffic on I20, BUT DID NOT FINISH STRAPPING IT DOWN WHEN HE GOT OFF THE INTERSTATE. How are stranded people supposed to get at least to the towing destination when in a bad situation? Thankfully the DPS waited for the tow driver to arrive to give me a ride to the hotel while my husband went with the tow truck. I feel like they need to work on giving better ETAs or pass calls to someone who could get there faster, and have better options when there is more than 1 passen

Enterprise said they were dispatching this company to my companies truck this morning. We waited over 3 hours for them to say we don’t open until 7. Then just not show up at all. If you’re not a 24:7 towing company don’t waste peoples time.

I had a great experience with this tow company. Chris arrived quickly, and the driver knew exactly what he was doing—loaded my truck up with zero hassle. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service that’s both efficient and genuinely sweet. Highly recommend them if you need help in a pinch!

My tow truck driver Chris was the nicest man and he got there in a very timely manner. He gave me a ride to the tire shop where my car was dropped off and even zip tied a piece of fender that was falling off from a previous accident. He did that for me and made me feel special and I will definitely use this company again. Hopefully I won’t have to.

I was in such distress this morning and overwhelmed finding out about the damage done to my car by another company, however, this morning Chris for DoReda came and made this pick up of my car to the repair shop, smooth and effortless. He was polite, quick and careful getting my car. I am thankful for you all and for Chris especially for taking even a little bit of the burden from my situation. 🥹
