Upon arrival, stop at the intercom and call the number provided to open the gate. Once inside, park on the right side and walk over to the shipping office at Dock 8. The dock offers easy backing and the process is straightforward with no hassle.

DIRECTIONS: From the Yard Dog. . . Best way into facility: I-71 take exit #55 for route 1039 which will take you to US 42. Hang a right on US42 and go through town of Warsaw. Right onto Dorman Dr. Friendly and accommodating workers, really appreciated. Tight entrance. You will call number posted and they will open gate.

The attendants which are ladies super nice and patient with you as a driver but the facility is by a school which nothing wrong with that but I’ve never seen that before and I’ve been driving for 5 years like I mean you could trip and be on there property

Ladies in the office are super nice and polite Fast loading in less than 1 hour . Not much place to maneuver, but it’s ok. Stay in the truck when loading, not great not terrible. Snag driver was so rude and aggressive. He said I can’t stay at the facility and I have to leave now. Tough road because of construction on 262. Detour was terrible 😣

Sunday loading, weekend staff on duty until 5pm. The lot isn't huge, but there is plenty of room to maneuver for backing. Staff was friendly from the shipping clerk, to loader and yard dog. Auto parts, which are ordered on an "as needed" basis, so one could expect changes to the load upon arrival, possibly delaying a bit, but nothing to turn a day upside down.
