The first night I took the truck home it rained the next morning the interior was soaked in the third brake light leaking in it traveling through the headline up I dropped it off at their body shop / detail shop I should have done the work myself now the headliner is sagging the refusing to repair the work the third brake light was repaired by just adding black silicone around it now if I go to take the light off the change of bulb I'm going to have to peel all this caulking off it was left in their body shop near someone doing obviously grinding of metal and fiberglass shavings all the interior went to roll down the window rain guard fell out and ended up twisting the weather seal that just got glued back on and fell right back off but I'm stuck with the truck now honestly don't get the e

I highly recommend this place (434 Prospect Street, Pawtucket) for all your car needs. I remember seeing a quote in their office that said, "We make friends by accident or through accident," and that's exactly how I felt. After my car was involved in an accident and towed to their yard, John Martins took care of everything. He made the entire process seamless, from working with my insurance to fixing my car to perfection. The quality of service was outstanding, and their prices were very reasonable. John even arranged a rental car for me at a great rate while my car was being repaired. I honestly appreciated their attention to detail and customer care, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Christian was absolutely fantastic. Set me up with test drives on both cars I was interested in on Saturday. We got financing straight and I picked up my new car on Monday.
