I cannot say enough about the amazing service we received at Dorsett this week. I contacted Gina needing to replace my car quickly..told her what I was looking for and she delivered 10x over! Gina, Eric and Tommy worked so hard to make the experience non stressful and we were taken care of so quickly. This is the 5th car our family has purchased at Dorsett and we will most definitely be back if we ever need another one.

Dorsett does it again. With a less than perfect situation we were in, Brandon Ringwald went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. We ended up getting a deal worked out that was best suited for us. The dorsett team are a group of amazing people and I have always felt they do their best to help you out. This is an addon to what I experienced in early spring. Had a bunch of work done to try to eliminate a chirping and popping noise on my truck. Spent close to $2700 and noise was still there. I took I back in and they did more work which was needed but didn't fix the issue. Noises got worse and harder to pinpoint. They had replaced the rear drive shaft from U-joint and it might have been bad then. I pulled my drive shaft and found the splines for the sliding yoke had not been greases which made it very difficult to get the shaft out. Pressed out the bearing cups and found the flange side needle bearings were dust. Got the new U-joint in and drove around. No more clunks, pops, squeaks, or gritting noises. Went in to talk about car maintenance and ended up seeing and loving this car. Michael Ziemkiewicz (sales man) was very gracious and fun fellow to put up with us, plus his Manager Jay made the experience informative and less stressful. We liked the team effort of the sale and showing all their options they thought we might want or need. We won't hesitate to call or ask for advice from these guys.
