0 stars is more like it. The administrative staff have 0 compassion. I would like them to imagine having to condense a whole life into one room and be put somewhere family can't be there all the time to help. I'm sure even the great staff would be better. Aides would be happier with better management, not bullies, who bully them and residents. I HIGHLY suggest they re-staff..and I notice even vendors can not reach anyone at these facilities. Let me leave you with this..if you decide to have a family member here, get a camera. It is allowed in their paperwork, but the executive administrator will make a fuss about it.
