Jason was AMAZING! I was stuck on Academy Street in this snow storm and he personally drove my car and tried multiple times to get my car up the hill. He was so kind he found a safe place to park my car and gave me a ride home. Highly recommend Doss Towing!!!

Called them at when I got a flat in Lewisville at 3:20. Was told that I would be assisted in 25 minutes and that they only took cash. Half an hour later I called with no answer but was texted that they were 25 away. At 5:20 and after two more calls with no communication over an hour after when they said they'd be here and 2 hours since the first call, I called Whitehart towing and they were honest and had both the operator and driver himself keep an open line of communication and had a driver on the way and ready to help(for a better price too). I understand roadside assistance is swamped with calls especially on weekends and would have been ok with the wait had it been communicated to me or had been honest that another company may be around faster. But if your plan is outright ignoring
