Double A Automotive

I was very satisfied with Double A! I had an issue with my steering, initially I went to a different shop they said it was most likely an alignment issue and they don’t do alignment. Double A found out my steering gear box was toast and told me the price. I went into sticker shock but knew it needed to be done. They took the time to dig deeper and found a new, not remanufactured steering box and was able to drop the cost significantly. Now I don’t need to worry about the safety aspect of running off the road like I did before. This was my first experience going to Double A after living in the area for over 8 years and bringing vehicles to various shops over this time. I don’t have anything bad to say about the other shops I went to but Double A was able to do some things other shops couldn

Had an issue with a power steering line late afternoon, made it to their shop. They were extremely helpful and quick. Had me back on the road in 10 minutes. Nice place, great people! LnL Excavating LLC thanks you!

I will never give this place my business again. I had my power steering "fixed" here. Drove it less than a handful of times, and all the sudden I have no power steering! The hose was so loose we could loosen and tighten it back up with our bare hands. My children were in my vehicle as I was driving and we are so lucky this didn't cause an accident, or worse, and I was right by my home. I had to use all my force to turn into my driveway. This was after they left a van door open, in a storm. My van had to defrost on the INSIDE. We got into our van to see it dripping wet EVERYWHERE. Wanted to charge me $200 extra for a battery. Well, obviously that battery won't work if he's gonna leave my doors open! Also, wanted to charge me for all new tires saying they were sooo bald. Too bald to drive. W

I drove up to ice fish today, my alternator started going out, I turned around and drove back to their shop at 4:45, they took the time to stay around later than closing and had me out by 5:15! Literally quicker than an oil change. I would highly recommend the guys!! They got me in and out on time to go catch my limit!!

Recently i bought a 1978 lincoln coupe' I needed a shop that had the experience And knowledge to work on the old motors. Double AA fit that bill and more. They went thru my Baby, and got my car running like brand new , the whole time keeping me informed and educated in what they needed to do.
