We had engine trouble on our way to Burney Falls to camp and AAA towed us to this shop. John was able to get the part needed and we were back on the road within an hour. Friendly and knowledgeable.

This shop is absolutely amazing.. I pulled up to the shop explained to him what was happening he got right on it. He figured out what it was and I was so amazed by that because I've been complaining about this for years and no mechanic was hearing me. So thank you John for taking the time and listening and figuring out what was wrong. I highly recommend this shop he goes over and beyond to help the customers out.

Owner is very helpful and will take the time out of his day to give you his advise quickly. Other shops often tell you they can take a look in a week or so. In my opinion ion this is very helpful for people that don't have a week to kill! Good work ethic that cares about people.

Car broke down while on a work project. Double S not only stayed after hours to finish repairs so I could drive home on schedule but also came to give my car to me. They kept me informed about the issue, cost and status of repair. It was a very reliable and smooth transaction when it could have been a nightmare. This is a good quality service.

Customer service was excellent. John kept me informed; repair was efficient and so far excellent work. The cost was VERY reasonable. Business is very busy but accommodating. Highly recommend.
