Outstanding dealership! Dawn and Rio were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. After dealing with several other dealers who tried to push vehicles I wasn’t interested in or used misleading tactics, finding this team was a relief. Dawn immediately understood my frustration and treated me with genuine respect, honesty, and clear communication throughout the entire process. She kept me updated every step of the way, knowing we had a long drive to get there. When we arrived, everything was ready and the staff welcomed us kindly, even showing patience and care toward our toddler. Truly grateful for the experience and will gladly recommend them to others.

I went to Doug Henry Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram here in Kinston Sunday to look at new and used SUV's for my wife. They had a great selection and their sales staff were awesome and very knowledgeable!! Trenton showed me several models and answered a ton of questions that I had! I was interested in two particular models and checked them out. It happened to be during their Fall Super Sale so I took the flyer (that was mailed out) along with me. Now, I have always considered these sale flyers to be no more than gimmicks meant to just draw potential buyers in and that the prizes were just a bunch of carnival prizes with no big wins. Was I wrong!! I drew a Nice 50" flat screen tv!!! That was so awesome! I never win anything! Thank You Doug Henry and staff! The wife and I will definitely be back to

1. They gave me a decent price on my trade in 2. Their detail department on selling pre owned inventory should be fired because it’s almost a crime how bad they are the inside was discusting under the seats in the console all in the dash, there was grime on the steering wheel and buttons, I had to go through it top to bottom myself… there was leftover adhesive on the door where a decal was on both sides. I asked them to take it off before I left with the truck and they scratched the paint and still left adhesive on the door…. 3. They lied about having and getting me a spare key for the truck and after I left said I’d had to pay for the key if I wanted it. 4. They must’ve fat fingered and deleted my payoff and insurance information, had to resend it a couple weeks later. 5. I still had paym

If you cant be honest in your ads i can only imagine what the car buying experience would be like. If you got a paper in the mail do not go up there it's a scam my paper told me I won $1,500 but when I got there they told me to pick an envelope and it was not $1,500 barely covered gas for the trip. It didn't say up to $1500 it said I won $1500.
