Doug Jr Quality Tires

I had a flat tire and was stuck at a gas station. I spoke with Doug Jr on the phone, and he told me it would be $15 to mount a tire I had on my rim. He also told me I'd be out in 15 minutes. I had my car towed to his shop, and the tire was mounted. The employee told me it'd be $20. I advised him Doug Jr told me $15. At that point he called Doug Jr and I spoke with him. Doug Jr then told me he said the original price was $20, and normally it's $25. None of that information was told to me on the initial phone call. The total repair time was about 40 minutes, not 15. There were no other customers at the shop. I paid the higher price because I had to check in to a reservation. This shop is dishonest. I will never use them again. I do not recommend them. Doug Jr's reply is just more misinformat

The owner has sold me bad tires supposedly they were supposed to be four new tires for 250 which was a good deal.. but the next day one of the tires went to 15 psi and two more tires looked very used. Look at the tires and tell me if you’d pay 250 for this !!? It’s insane his shop thought that was appropriate for what I paid for… I Have been trying to get the new tires I paid for for almost a month now!! The supposed owner has been giving me the run around saying he’ll get the tires and call me back but never does, everytime I show up he’s conveniently never there to handle this mess and been declining my calls I can’t believe this unprofessional behavior all I needed was tires and I feel like I’ve been scammed!!

Doug Jr’s tire service was impeccable! The tires were in excellent condition and the service was amazing and they had me out of there expeditiously! Would recommend this tire shop to anyone who needs tire!

When I first visited this place employees seem quite friendly and extremely helpful. I needed a tire replacement. They replaced it. However a couple hours later my tire pressure light came on. I thought maybe the guy didn’t pop the tire up all the way so I stopped at the local store to pump up all tires my tire indicator light was still on so I decided to bring my car back to Doug. I brought the car back, explaining my concern Doug explain that it may be a bad fuse reporting back in my car , he adjusted all tire pressures to the same amount, but my tire indicator light was still on. Called in for price, was told $55 exact, upon installing guy asked $60, tire used used could prolly go flat soon and whats even worse wasnt properly balanced, car shaking at past 50mph.The guy offered to rebalance free of charge so thats why 2 stars but bad experience overall. update: as i suspected, little over a month since the tire was installed and its about to go flat , drove less than 1500 miles
