I had a quite the experience with Doug Smith Kia in Lindon. I was dealing with a tricky third-party warranty situation, and Kia went above and beyond to help me. Kia did all the back and forth with the 3rd party warranty company. What really stood out was their transparency and integrity throughout the process. Nancy, my service supervisor, and the mechanic communicated everything clearly. They kept me informed with detailed updates, photos, and honest conversations. I never felt like they were hiding anything or upselling. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and about doing the right thing. Then after a long let’s call it a stand off, Kia’s service manager stepped in and even helped me out. That says a lot in my eyes since they didn’t owe me anything, but cared enough to ge

Doug smith is farther away from my house than the next Kia dealer. But I drive clear the EFF down to Lindon because they’re worth it. I love my car. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. And Brad and his team of pros take good care of it. And if I have a problem, they help me fix it. My car is modded and they have professional respect for my skills as a “car guy” They’re always friendly and happy to see me (and even though they might not remember me and my blue stinger, it feels like they do, and that’s fun for me.) My wife and I own stingers and Doug Smith is where we take them. Period.

I was in the waiting area for 4 hours. There was a silent t.v. I brought my own snacks and ran my cell phone battery low. I missed other appointments for that day off of work. The person who kept me posted was pleasant. My bill got charged to another customer. I had to Venmo a reimbursement to that customer. I have no receipt of payment from the dealership. I gave a 5 only because my car works better

When mechanic pulled car up to park he pulled it up onto curb. When i backed out it scraped the front bumper bad and popped it Out. We were able to pop it back in but the bottom got really scratch up. Other than that we have always had excellent service. Everyone is great there.

My daughter purchased her first car from a private seller and within days of the purchase, the engine completely shut down. We took it to the dealership and they were so quick and informative to help us get the problem taken care of. They communicated regularly the status of the vehicle and were happy and helpful with every interaction.
