We all know car buying is a process. But, at Doug Smith Mitsubishi the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Our salesman was Rich Anderson and he was wonderful throughout the whole process and very patient with me while I was trying to decide. Chris Smith is the sales manager and was fantastic, as well. Then came time for the walk-thru of the vehicle and learning how everything works. Alex did the best job of walking through each feature with us. Last came the financing. We completed this step with Robert. He was so fun and made this part painless. Everyone we interacted with did a great job and we are very happy with our purchase. We will definitely be back!

Robert Goddard was my salesperson, and he was excellent to work with! Got a great used car (2015 Honda CRV with low miles) for an excellent price! He was very down-to-earth and friendly, worked with me to get a price that was within my budget! My wife and I came in to look at a car and got paired up with by far the best salesman there, Rob Sabey (I think that’s how you spell it). Rob was so nice and caring. He worked very quick and was extremely transparent throughout the entire process. Our financial guy Rob (coincidentally) was also extremely helpful in finding my wife and I a great interest rate. Overall it was a great experience. We will be back to buy more from Rob and we will be recommending friends and family to him!
