Had my transmission fluid changed here and called ahead for an estimate as I was calling around for quotes. Seemed to be a good deal with the mailed coupon. Upon checkout the price was not as I expected it to be. There was about a $12 difference which didn't make sense because when quoting I gave the year, make and model of the vehicle and I expected taxes to be added at the end after but still wasn't right. Cashier was completely usless so they called some other office lady. She wasn't really useful she had to go ask a shop guy. Why there isn't a person at checkout that knows what happened to the vehicle and why certain itemd were on the receipt. Oh that's right because they don't expect you to question them. Attempted to go online to schedule an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Online does not let you actually schedule an appt, you have to submit a service request, so I did. I then get someone texting me back who wanted to know how they could assist me and/or if I was interested in buying a particular vehicle, so they apparently weren't responding to my service request. Not happy. I said I wanted to schedule service. They gave me an invalid link, I told them it was invalid, they gave a 2nd invalid link and then said to call to schedule. Not happy. So I then wasted my time calling to schedule an oil change only to find out they don't schedule them, it's on a first come first serve basis. It's very hard to grade this dealership in terms of overall customer satisfaction because the race to keep the customers happy between every dealership in the area is very tough.
