My daughter had her Sprinter van repaired here over Thanksgiving. They were incredibly efficient and anticipated needing an insurance adjuster so had already called ahead to schedule that before we even dropped off the van. They kept in touch with us throughout the process to give us updates. Even when additional parts needed ordering, they still got the vehicle completed on the estimated date so that my daughter could head back to Denver on time. Can’t thank them enough. I’d give more than five stars if it was allowed

They provide reasonable pricing and great service. When I was without a ride home after dropping off my car, DJ gave me a ride home. He is such a friendly and personable young man. Doug's Auto Body did a great job on my car and they have excellent staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair work.

Doug’s did a phenomenal job repairing my mirror, window and a few scrapes on the passenger side. Carla I think was the excellent office ladies name, she was very professional and kind! Took a week to get done, they offered me a loner vehicle while mine was being fixed and then they detailed the inside and outside of my car. My car looked brand new all over again! Highly recommend Doug’s!

I hit a deer with my Bronco on the way to an appointment on a Friday morning. I called insurance and they referred me to Doug’s Autobody. They got me in for an estimate the same day and scheduled my repair the next day. They only had my vehicle for 4 days and it is as good as new! I highly recommend this place and would gladly use them again!
