My son recently took his vehicle there for an oil change other repairs. When my son picked up the car after being there over a week he noticed the brake pedal went to the floor and he didnt have brakes they told the brakes were good as that was one of the things he wanted checked. it was at closing time so couldn't take it back Tuesdaynight. Took the car back Wednesday. Pick it up tonight and they admitted they dont know how that could have slipped through the cracks that one of the Springs fell out when they were checking the brakes and that's probably why he didn't have any brakes. You would have thought that whoever drove the vehicle to park.It would have noticed that there wasn't any brakes. And then charged full price for their mistake. I was so blessed by these men!! They are so kind & helpful, I needed my tires aired up all 4. They did it for free & with a smile 😃 on their face!! Highly recommend this place their amazing!!!

Great bunch of people there!! Went in with a odd issue and looked for advice or ideas as to fix a purely cosmetic issue. Nonetheless even though these wonderful people were not able to service my vehicle they spent time working on a solution and I'm here to let everyone know that here are really good people. Thank you for the push pins! License plate stays perfectly.

The folks at Doug's are the best I've met. Really had a true interest in taking care of issues. The work was done on a reworked classic. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone needing work done on their cars.
