He lies to people,Tells them one price and then when you go get your car it doubles! I would stay away from this business. He's money hungry! I have no use for people taking advantage of people's money. We'll it's been about a year since Doug took average of us on our Van,he lies to people about what it will cost them, so please be careful you might be the next person getting ripped off!

I have a 2013 F-150 that hadn't had air conditioning for a couple of years.After without it that long I was afraid it could have caused other issues within the computerized components. I took it to Doug and he set me up a date about 2 weeks out (vacation week) to bring it to them. He was there expecting it the day he said bring it and the next day I had air, thank goodness. So in a nutshell I had a cool summer thanks to Doug and his fine mechanics. You want it right, take it to Doug. Thanks Doug!

Over charges and takes advantage of people. Don't go to this garage. I called up there one day and asked a price for something and had a cold so my voice sounded deep like a man's and was given one price, then called back a few days later when my voice was better and the price suddenly went up 600 dollars more when I sounded like a woman.
