I came to Doug's after a terrible experience with another local shop. The previous shop ended up damaging my vehicle and improperly completed the service I paid for. From the first phone call to my day of repair, I was treated like family. The people here are honest, kind, and funny! They gave me information on where to get my parts cheaper than in-house and they got me in quick for repair. Sitting in the clean waiting room, I used their Keurig to make a coffee and listened to them interact with multiple customers both on the phone as well as in person. They treated everyone the same, with kindness and integrity. If you're looking for honest people who truly care about your situation, come to Doug's! You won't regret it❤️

I had a great experience at this shop! They took care of my brakes, replaced my headlight bulb, and did an oil change, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Josh and Savannah were super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Chase for working on my car—he did an excellent job and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciate the honest service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable car care!

Their level of professionalism, courtesy, & knowledge is 2nd to none. I did my own work, but due questionable aftermarket parts quality & availability, + the anterior ligament in my left elbow wouldn't allow to exert full torque on bolts & fittings. The advise from Tech Jason was golden. I implemented help from my sons, invested in my own equipment to pull the system thrice & allowed it to hold vacuum for 8-10 hours each to be certain of leaks. Point I'm making; not everyone is tech-savvy nor mechanically inclined, but a great TRUSTWORTHY Automotive Repair Facility operated by People of True Grit, Unwavering Integrity, & Unmitigated Honesty is rare. Customer service was amazing. They diagnosed the problem with my car and had it repaired in no time at all and had me back on the road. They also did a pretty thorough vehicle inspection and found issues that definitely needed taken care of. I will definitely be coming back.

Do NOT go here. Unprofessional and will keep your money without actually fixing your vehicle. Ask what corporate contact is and was told " they are corporate " Josh refuses to take accountability on mistakes while savanna is as rude as they come. Just a child working somewhere she doesn't need too in my opinion. Was told id receive a refund for the part that they now have, never got it. Wanted my address in order to refund me? No. They have all of my bank information on file unfortunately. Picked up my vehicle last week and my brakes fell to the floor . Called and asked why that was , josh responded with " dont know " and that was it. My car spent weeks back and forth in and out of that shop costing me HUNDREDS in rentals, well over a thousand dollars at this point. Im a single mom o
