Down 2 The Detail

I purchased a car thursdat an the interior was extremely bad. I took it to Down 2 the Detail and He literally restored my whole interior. Adding so much value to the car and making the car comfortable to drive. His professionalism is unmatched. He gives maximum effort , making sure the final result is breath taking.. He took 5 hours to clean my car, just showing the amount of Deidcation He puts into giving you the best Results possible. Highly recommend and I'll be going to him for all my detailing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my car detailed and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The attention to detail was amazing—inside and out, my car looks brand new. He took his time, made sure everything was spotless, and went above and beyond what I expected. Super professional, easy to work with, and definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone looking to bring their car back to life. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Long review, but worth the read. I contacted a mobile detailer through Groupon, I let them know how bad my seats were and he told me there would be a $60 up charge. Upon arriving, he told me there was a $100 up charge, and to pay up front before his services.. which he also told me you pay after services on the phone. He was not at all reassuring in saying that my car would look better. He said he’d shampoo seats but likely wouldn’t be that much better, told me middle console was worn and would not be able to get it clean… the list goes on… TOO MANY RED FLAGS… thankfully we decided to not have him service my car. I then contacted Rob from Down 2 The Detail. He let me know he would have my car looking 100x better, and the photos of my seats didn’t scare him, he loves a challenge! FINALLY

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an amazing experience with Down 2 the Detail. From the very first call, Rob was incredibly helpful and assured me he could take care of the odor in my car. He was completely transparent about pricing and even got me in the same day! Rob and Kelly are genuinely kind, down-to-earth people, and the quality of the detail was absolutely phenomenal, especially for the price. You really can’t beat it. Rob was super flexible with my schedule and went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent need. Truly exceptional service and an outstanding business. Will definitely be returning!

Rob is absolutely outstanding at what he does. Yes, he will make your car look like it just rolled off the lot. But he will also give special attention to your desires for his services. My wife had very specific requests of what she wanted cleaned, and Rob went into excruciating detail to ensure it was done correctly and to the highest possible standard. He is incredibly kind, very flexible with schedule and just a great guy to work with. I would (and have been) recommending Rob to anyone who wants to get their car detailed at an incredible value!
