Down East Auto Hickory

Ben was top notch. All the paper work was ready for me and it was clear and concise. Fully transparent and a pleasure to deal with. Buying a used vehicle is always nerve racking and Ben’s professionalism put my worries at ease. Will definitely look to purchase from them again.

Awesome dealership and very accommodating, Ben had all the paperwork ready when I arrived to pick up the awesome jeep wrangler he sold me. I will definitely check their inventory anytime I’m shopping for a used vehicle

Had a wonderful experience buying a car here! The guy was extremely nice and didn't act like he just wanted to make sale he was so easy to talk to and get to know. We live 2hr 30 but definitely will look here first if ever need another car. Also had an awesome, loving dog which made it so much better!

Ben was awesome!! He was fair, honest, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Small business, prices are very fair, no pressure, like buying a car from a family member. There were no surprises & they'll go out of their way to help! Best dealership we've ever been to. It's definitely the place you'll want to go back to!

Extremely welcoming and nice people to do business with, also very reasonable and helpful in helping me purchase my vehicle. They made sure that I was happy before I left!! I would definitely do business with Down East Auto Hickory again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent affordable car to come here!!
