6/17/2025 My car was overheating. Ashton says it might be water pump or thermostat. I brought car to them on Thursday June 12. Jeff said he would give me estimate. My car sat there on Main St. They never called me or looked at my car. I was the one who had to call them. I made sure I had an appointment on Monday June 17. I spoke to Ashton in morning to make sure they had the parts. He said, “Of course we have the parts.” I asked for timeline. Jeff said about 6hrs. Called back at 3:30p. Jeff said the parts aren’t in and we had too many other customers. I told him Ashton said “of course we have the parts”. Ashton not at his business. Finally got his phone number and called him myself. He says he hadn’t been at shop and didn’t know if the parts were there or not. I asked him then why did you
