Horrible experience. Uncooperative. I asked for a quote and got a quote. I had my vehicle wait a week to get it in to get it fixed. When I got my vehicle back I did not have all of my repairs complete. The owner haggled me that I would not be compensated for the last remaining scratches or dents found on my vehicle that was already quoted and searched and found and written down but the owner questioned me and asked how many scratches is it going to take to fix the vehicle? I told him that it was not what I wanted and I need to fix my dent and all scratches and he said it was a lot of scratches and he's giving me a good price to fix my vehicle.
