I recently had my car detailed by this company, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any type of auto care service. From start to finish, everything about the process exceeded my expectations — the communication, the professionalism, the quality of work, and the overall attention to detail were outstanding. Right away, what stood out to me the most was how friendly and down-to-earth they were. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and they took their time explaining everything that was included in the detail I chose. They actually listened to what I wanted, instead of just treating me like “another customer.” That alone made me feel confident I chose the right place. When I dropped my car off, it honestly wasn’t in the best shape.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my car! They were incredibly professional from start to finish, showing great attention to every little detail and treating my car with real care. The results were way better than I expected and my car looked cleaner, shinier, and newer than it has in a long time. The whole experience was smooth, timely, and truly worth it. I would 100% recommend Downshift Detailing to anyone who wants quality work done by someone who clearly takes pride in what they do.

Was on time for the 2 appointments we had for headlight restoration and detailing the inside of my vehicle. Both jobs were done perfectly and look back to brand new condition. Adam took his time and pays attention to detail to make sure the job is done right. Plus he is very friendly and keeps you up to date on his progress of his work. Excellent Work!!!
