Went in today to get my car fixed after being told that they would check out was wrong with my car and fix it. They proceeded to tell me that they would not fix my car as it was “annoying”. Left and will never be back.
Wasn’t sure if the car was fixable but we brought it here and it looks better than it did before with amazing prices.
ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE!!! They have gone above and beyond in fixing my car with every service. I greatly appreciate their accessibility and flexibility. I have been more than happy with their services, all with fair prices. I will be coming back for all my car needs. I would highly recommend!!!
I highly recommend Downtown Auto Body!! Allen and his team are top-notch and their work has always exceeded my expectations! I've been taking all my auto repair business there for over 20 yrs. The place is friendly, honest and highly skilled!!
I called multiple times just to get a quote on repairs for my car. It's not mobile. They said they had to see the car while I was trying to explain, and I found them quite rude. Never made it to the shop. Hey, maybe they don't need the money. Be nice, fellas.
