Right from the start downtown Dodge was the only local dealership I could find who truly and thoroughly understood not just my needs but the needs of my car and it’s warrantees clear down to the fact that you have to reset two lights or my car will constantly tell me it needs an oil change…Downtown Dodge has me COVERED. They took care of us and they will be my dealership for life

The team at Downtown Auto made purchasing a new vehicle one of the best. They even come picked up my vehicle to do some service work and bought it back. Excellent service

3 times I was told on 3 different vehicles about an oil leak but never said how much had leaked out. Seems to be a common way to sell services which they can't validate beyond eyes on the vehicle. They weren't able to tell me how bad it was nor how much oil had leaked out and no second opinion from a master tech. I recommend they do a better job when suggesting work to verify the need before they take tgat to tge customer.

Im beside myself with gratitude. This place has the most caring, wonderful, helpful crew. They helped me today when I really really needed help and they did it out of the kindness of their hearts. The repairs were done quickly. The staff at Downtown got my truck sorted out quick and I’m back on the road.
