Downtown Autocenter Towing LLC

Yesterday, Nov 14, I had to call AAA for a tow. The tow was about a hundred mile tow. Downtown Towing took the tow. Not only did they arrive under an hour but the guys, Steve and Brian, were great! Not just great customer service but they were genuinely kind to me. This is the second time that Downtown Towing helped me and the second time that my interactions with dispatch and drivers were just awesome! Thank you Downtown Towing!!

AAA scheduled this company to pick up my car. And first thing dispatcher got the address wrong and when got there to meet them they were at the wrong place then she called and said we had to pay because it was over the mileage or whatever then proceeded to cancel the tow cuz she heard me talking to a friend and said that I cussed. Not good business. I would not recommend this company.

Matt went above and beyond in helping me with my car tonight. He exceeded my expectations and ensured my safety. Thank you so much Matt!! You’re the best! 🏆
