I had an excellent experience with Downtown Collision! Their customer service was outstanding—everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond. They replaced my key battery, vacuumed the interior, and even washed my car without me having to ask. The price was the best around, especially after getting several quotes from other places. I’m truly impressed with the quality of their work and the pride they take in taking care of their customers. Highly recommend! After getting rear ended, they made the experience of getting a new bumper and paint job hassle free

I can’t say enough about this place ! Manuel the owner treats your vehicle as if it was his own. His communication and customer service is 5 star rated! He takes care of his customers. If you’re paying for work out of pocket or get to choose your insurance work this is the place to go to! Very few places leave an impression these days and this one definitely leaves an excellent one!

Working with Manny and the downtown collision center was a breeze. He takes full responsibility to follow up with the insurance companies to ensure that the maximum is paid to cover the repairs. Manny did this and took a lot of pressure off me. While this was all going on he still completed the work on the vehicle so that my Jeep compass looks like it just came off the car lot. *REAL REVIEW* Im going to be honest, Manuel (I think thats his name) the owner, he is so humble and cool. His workers are hard working men. These folks fixed my car like it came off the show room floor, bro I was amazed at the work they did thank you Downtown Collison Center.

Manuel and team had not only installed them fast (a couple of hours) but at a very reasonable price compared to all of the other body shops. This is a premium car so a lot of the other body shops don’t know how to work on premium cars.
