I absolutely love the staff at Downtown Garage! Anytime I need anything, they are my go-to guys. I go to them mainly for oil changes (support local, folks). Any questions I have, regarding mine or my family's vehicles, they provide the service, or find me a trustworthy, local shop to provide the service they don't offer. They are known in the community for offering honest, timely service. I recommend them to everyone because of the confidence I have that these guys are looking out for your best interests.

Downtown Garage is honest and dependable. They took additional time to get paperwork and from their supplier showing a certified Subaru part number which I used to get a $1,600 rebate from Subaru. Thanks John, Mark and Downtown Garage!

I cannot recommend Downtown Garage enough for their unbelievable service and pricing. One of their employees even came out to my house to diagnose my car and personally helped get it to their shop. Mark, the owner, was with me every step of the way, and thanks to his dedication, they were able to fix not just one but two of my vehicles within the same day. Their efficiency, fairness, and community-focused approach make them an invaluable asset to Milford. If anyone needs trustworthy, quick, and reasonably priced auto work, this is absolutely the only place to go!

Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Downtown Garage Automotive Repair. From the moment I called, I was met with exceptional service. John answered the phone with a friendly and informative tone, and when I arrived, he personally measured and replaced my windshield wipers on the spot. I was also warmly greeted at the door by an adorable friendly pup, another great first impression. While I was there, I asked if they could take a quick look at a strange noise coming from my daughter’s car. I didn’t expect anything beyond an estimate, but not only did they take the time to look it over right away — they actually called me back shortly after and said they could fix it that same day! My daughter and I were both blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of
