Has helped me out multiple times. Friendly and willing to work with my budget. Very easy to communicate with. Have been here half a dozen times.

I have had my car worked on twice now by Steve. I could not ask for a better experience. Of course getting car repairs is stressful but he diagnosed all our issues and got it back to us quickly considering all the work he did. So glad and grateful to have a local mechanic I can trust.

Made an appointment in advance. When I dropped my car off I explained that I absolutely need a wheel bearing replaced and wanted them to check a couple other things. It took TWO DAYS for them to call me back to confirm that yes, I do in fact need the wheel bearing replaced like I told them. They said it would take another day to order the parts and quoted me a price that ended up being 25% higher than the other auto shop in town. Not wanting to give them my business I had them just do an oil change while they had it so I could pick it up right away. The oil change cost $55 and they didn't top off any of my fluids. Not to mention they never checked the other stuff I had asked them to look at. The kid I was dealing with on the phone was also rude and didn't understand why I was upset

So great to have found a trusted local mechanic with fair prices and excellent service! Despite being especially busy, Steve and his team squeezed my brake job in and did a great job for substantially less than the Toyota dealership wanted to charge. Will definitely use Downtown Garage again!

I am very happy with the service that I received from the Downtown Garage. Steve was very honest and upfront with me and was able to fit my vehicle in, in a timely manner and have the repairs done very quickly. I would highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.
