Called up to downtown transmission early November for transmission leak he got it there and didn’t see a leak so I got it back and a couple months later it leaked again he resealed it and fixed whatever was wrong I got it back the transmission light was poppin on so it went back he had it for a while trying to figure out the problem and it wasn’t even the transmission that was making my transmission light come on. After doing diagnoses he told me it was the alternater told me to bring a new one so he can get my car back on the road. And I really appreciate him because he got my car back on the road so thanks a lot

Rigo is a straight shooter and seems to genuinely want to help get you back on the road. I do all my own work, MINUS transmissions and made a mistake installing the trans when swapping an engine. I called 3 shops and Rigo was the only one who addressed my call in a manner that was almost like I called a friend for help. He earned my business with that call, and will retain my business and referrals because he successfully got me back on the road and I didn't feel like a dropped a small fortune to do so. Give him a chance to earn your business, I'm glad I did.

Rigo and the crew got my transmission running right within week and half when another shop had it for over 3 weeks and couldn't figure it out. Downtown Transmission didn't have ant problems. Over a month later still running strong. Great prices also
