I dropped off my car and the mechanic said he could have the car done by the follow day. I called the next day to see when I could pick up the car and only got a voicemail. The shop never called me back so the following morning I drove there to pick up my car. The car was still sitting in the parking spot and wasn't even fixed. I ended up towing my car to another auto shop. Liberty charged me around $120 to diagnose the problem and never fixed it. The quote he did give me to fix the car was almost double what I paid at the other auto shop.

UPDATE: while gas has always been excellent and the service for cars not so! I needed gas and on the way my check engine light went on. I was like ah shit! I got nervous and asked the very nice guy ( good looking too) if there was anyway it could be looked at. He said after he was done, I could go into the station and someone there should be able to look. I went in and an older guy said he doesn't know what he can do, but look. So he comes out looking like he could give two shots pissed that I probably bothered him 🙄. He checks it and just said " could be the we engine dont know what to tell you can't really do much" WTFFF you are a mechanic???? I told him my mechanic was like 20 minutes away was it safe to drive over to warrington? He tells me he doesn't know could smoke and overheat but

Grateful that they were able to squeeze me in for an inspection after just moving in to the state. However, there was zero attempt to contact me that either car was completed. Happened on my first car (led to an overnight stay) then again the very next day for my second. Also, mechanic left grease streaks on the cloth interior of my truck. Again, grateful but frustrated.

I brought my car here to get an inspection during the $29.99 special and they failed it. My car is only a few years old and they wanted to do $700+ worth of work to the car for it to pass inspection. The service manager volunteered to send me a picture of the broken part. I obliged, but no picture was sent. I asked 3-4 times and he said "his mechanic went home". I was suspicious of the failure for inspection so I went to my normal garage. I even pointed out what it failed for and they said there was nothing wrong with that part. I am appalled that they tried to treat a first time customer like this.

*NEVER USE THIS MECHANIC* I had some maintenance done to my vehicle in June, one of the list items was flushing the coolant system and replacing it. I had to bring the vehicle back 3 times within a 2 week period after this because it kept leaking coolant. (It never did that before this visit.) They told me I needed a new water pump and it cost me $800. The VERY NEXT DAY I broke down on the side of the road because of leaking coolant. Turns out they never correctly reconnected the fill hose and I don't believe they correctly bled the radiator either. When I called them that morning I broke down, they never picked up. I left several voicemails over the course of that week. They got back to me a over a week later requesting to bring it in and they'd "fix their mistake". By this point A.) Why
