DR Auto Service

I went to this shop after I read a few of the reviews to see for myself! The owner Richard comes across as a very honest guy. He was able to get me in on the same day, after I just left a voicemail in the morning around 9am. He called back and we communicated via text until he was able to get me in just after 1pm. I just purchased a used Audi Q5 with low mileage but wanted to make sure all was well with it! They did a full inspection, reassured me that everything is working just fine! Said my oil was at 50% and didn’t need an oil change right now, but we could if I wanted to… so I said yes, and we did full synthetic and replaced the oil filter. I was in and out by 330pm… and his fair pricing will always be better than the dealer! It’s so great to find a local shop that does honest work. I

Fantastic experience with Dr. Auto Service this Christmas. I was in a bit of a bind when my car broke down an hour away from home, but the mechanic was incredibly honest and efficient in handling the situation. Upon assessing my car, the mechanic gave me an accurate diagnosis and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. What impressed me the most was that the cost of towing my car to their shop was actually higher than the cost of the repair itself! This just goes to show the transparency and fairness of this mechanic. Not only did they provide excellent repairs, but they also are taking great care of my vehicle while it's in their possession until pick up. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my car is in a secure location. I would highly recom

Richard and his team did a great job on my truck twice. First time was transmission, radiator hose, brakes, I had a lot done. Second time was to get it all sounding and running better. Great to work with, answers and asks questions, more than reasonable prices. Highly recommend and will be using their services again in the future. Thanks again!

The best mechanic and auto service center in the DMV hands down. Thanks for getting me out of pinch this week! I appreciate you guys. No job is too big and no situation is too daunting. Excellence personified.

Richard and team were great. They repaired my ECM, replaced injectors. They were friendly and communicated with us very well.
