I brought my car to Dr. Automotive for what should have been a simple repair, but it turned into a long, stressful, and expensive experience. After having my vapor canister and battery replaced, I received a “check left and right low beam” warning immediately after leaving. When I returned to ask about it, I was yelled at and belittled by one of the brothers and told to take my car elsewhere. I left the shop in tears. Despite that, I gave them another chance. Soon after, my car wouldn’t start and had to be towed back. I was told to buy specific headlight bulbs, waited a week for them to arrive, and then was told they gave me the wrong information, costing me return shipping and a restocking fee.
