I do not normally write online reviews, but here’s the short end to the story below: STAY AWAY. Youre better off buying a used car from a major dealer that actually checks their cars . This place is nothing short of the stereotypical image you’d expect from a used car salesman. They seem to be very friendly at first until cash changes hands. When I first was introduced to the car i ended up buying, I asked to take it for a test drive. The salesman had to put air in 2 tires which I didn’t at first think was horrible. Just a bit odd that the guy would say “I drive this car to and from work, it’s a good car” but had to put air in the tires I rider for us to test drive it. Terrible experience all the way around. Made an appointment to come check out a car thru Maria. When I get there the Manager/Person in charge did not even acknowledge us. He was on the phone laughing and joking with somebody for THIRTY MINUTES. A younger man came out and told us he’d be done shortly. Even then, we waited another 15 minutes for his young helper to say just one sentence : we have no cars for you today. The person in charge Didn’t even acknowledge us nor the fact that they took long, didn’t smile, didn’t apologize. Just stayed on his call. After a member of staff clearly confirmed the exact car for us to see. My experience here has been wonderful! I found the listing on FB marketplace and was conveniently sent over the carfax and all the information before even stepping foot in the dealership. When I came in Pablo was so helpful and gave me the best deal possible. The test drive was wonderful and he answered all my questions. Highly recommend getting a great deal from Pablo.

I purchased a vehicle from this place they had put it on the scanner because the engine light was on .I asked what does it read they say it's a sensor. They put the sensor on. Also they denied me from getting a warranty. That was my second red flag.They told me to come back and they will repair any problems. Third red flag I go for an oil change. Friday and was told there's an oil leak. So they referred me to a mechanic shop that has 40 years in business. They do an diagnostic and tell me my transmission is slipping and the engine is bad the air bags is not functioning. If I get in a wreck it won't deploy. Don't go to these people they are not upstanding people. I haven't had my car a whole month yet. I called them and told them about the issues and they stated. What do I expect them to do
