I took my 2014 Jeep Patriot in because I thought it had an oil leak coming from the timing chain cover. Instead of just charging me for something unnecessary, they carefully inspected the vehicle and honestly explained that the leak was actually coming from the valve cover gasket. Took my vehicle to have them to diagnose my trans malfunction. They couldn't figure out. So I paid the $80 fee with no results. Also noticed they broke an adapter in my car. I called and informed them and they immediately deflected. Didn't waste much time going back and forth with them. UPDATE: Their response is false. I've added all of the messages that were exchanged and the results of their diagnosis and scan, which did’not find any issues. So they recommended a $4400 full transmission rebuild. So yeah there solution to not knowing what was wrong was to rebuild it. Imagine going to the doctor for heart pain and they say “idk what wrong with it, lets just replace it” lol. But honestly I wasn't bothered by them not finding the issue or paying the diagnosis fee. The reason I left this 1

Had to call to get some information. Very impressed by their willingness to answer my questions politely and thoughtfully. It's clear that they enjoy their work and are willing to put in the effort all around. In Florida that's rare. I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business.

I wen't to Dr Transmission due to his review on goole. I thought I needed a new transmission all it turned out to be was a repair. How would I know that if they weren't fair. They are a 5 star company. If you need any work done give them a try. I went to Dr Transmision again with my Shelby Cobra. I had no clutch and brakes weren't working. Dev fixed all my problems and the price was fair. I feel like I'm driving a new car. I dropped off my 1994 Corvette when I picked up the Cobra. I'm looking forward to the review on this repair.
