Dracut Auto Performance

This is my first official review, i generally wouldnt waste time on things of this nature especially since every experience i have had in the last few years has been horrible! However i was referred to DAP and decided to give them a shot! From the moment i talked to charlie (owner) i had a sense maybe just maybe this place may be different…To say i was pleasantly surprised is an understatement, charlie not only diagnosed the issues i was having properly he knocked off alot of the labor charge because he knows people are having a hard time out there and i genuinely believe he actually cares! My experience at DAP was extremely rare from other places i have brought my vehicles too and i couldnt reccomend this place or charlie any more, i highly recommend giving this garage a call if u have

We’ve had really good luck here in the past, but this time Charlie started working on our car without fully diagnosing it. Ended up we had a blown head gasket and the car is not repairable. Then he charged me for parts that he put in my car that can’t be fixed. I wouldn’t come back

I needed to replace the brake lines on my vehicle. Charlie was very knowledgeable and willing to take on this job which most wouldn’t even consider. He did a great job and was very good about doing the job right at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend. Will use again.

I am extremely impressed by the customer service And customer care I received by the owner Charlie and his worker. Upon walking in to the garage I was very impressed but the customer service and professionalism I received. I am grateful to now have an affordable and reliable mechanic!! Recommend him 100 percent

The service was fast and done a great job in plugging up the tire. They could of charged me for to nails in there. But because of the crews honesty. I was told that one of the nails didn't break the seal. So I was charged for one nail to be plugged. Sincerely, A retired Veteran. Mr. Johnston
