Drake Garage

I have been looking for a new auto mechanic and several people recommend recommended the Drake Garage. I told him that my vehicle needed an oil change and was just passed the 80,000 mile mark so it would probably need some maintenance. They recommended that I get the oil change and pay a nominal fee for a very thorough inspection. I was a little worried that they may not have been sophisticated enough compared to the dealer I used to go to, but I did not have worried. They gave me a very detailed inspection That was easily Accessible electronically and even included some pictures. The biggest surprise was, they did not recommend any maintenance at this time. Drake garage is the best. Very fair prices, and amazing service. I've been taking my cars there for years for annual maintenance, and surprise issues, and they are always so accommodating. Just a few weeks ago I got a nail in my tire and they were able to get me in and repair the same day. The staff is extremely friendly, and their rating system for reporting what they find helps me plan for future possible repairs without any pressure. I love having them in the neighborhood.

Y'all got any of them 6+ stars to give out? Because Drake Garage deserves it. I have an older truck that I keep in the garage and don't drive during the winter, but I desperately needed to get work done before putting it away for the season. Unfortunately it snowed while the parts were in transit, but the team at Drake Garage went above and beyond to take care of it by keeping it inside during the storm. Fair estimates, confirmed all repairs before starting, even provided a CARFAX report once they were finished.

I was referred to Drake Garage to have them align my son's car after he had struck a curb during a snow storm. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and was able to get it in very quickly. Unfortunately, after the alignment tech had inspected the damage caused by the curb strike it was determined that we needed to take the car to a frame shop for repairs. My son and I went back to pick up the car and Ryan took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and recommend several body shops that could handle the repairs. I highly recommend Drake Garage!! I called and set an appointment for my college age son’s vehicle. They text me estimates along with a priority level of the repairs. I was able to confirm all repairs by text. They continued to text me updates as the vehicle was fixed. They also sent me the invoice and I was able to pay online-very convenient for the out of state parent. They called and set things up to make it possible for him to pick his vehicle up after hours as he had class/practice the day it was finished. Everything was repaired in a timely manner and done for the estimated cost. Appreciated them making it easy!
