I had an absolutely terrible experience with DRC Automotive. I brought in my 2011 Ford F-150 and was told it needed several repairs. They charged me $2,400, claimed they did the work, and sent me on my way saying everything was fixed. Not even a week later, the check engine light came right back on. I brought my truck to another reputable mechanic, who showed me that DRC never actually did the repairs they claimed. Parts that were supposed to be replaced were untouched. I had to spend another $1,300 just to get my truck inspected and running properly. When I called DRC to discuss it, they were rude, dismissive, and refused to help in any way. The service I received at DRC Automotive was not just poor; it was negligent to a degree that put safety at risk and demonstrated a shocking lack of integrity. ​My experience began with a series of questionable upsells, culminating in a diagnosis that my 12V battery was completely dead and required a $550 replacement. I questioned this and had AAA test the battery on their lot. The AAA technician confirmed my battery was, in fact, at 100% health and needed no service whatsoever.
