Jessie’s highly skilled technicians diagnosed my issue accurately and completed my repair perfectly. They take great care in the work they do! I took my 2018 Audi to get all the fluids done and my front and rear brakes in November 2025. In February 2026 I heard a sqeeking from the front brakes and to took it in for them to check them. They replaced my front brake pads and fixed the problem. I am very happy with the service and would recommend anyone to take their dreamcar there. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeabl. Came from out of town for a EPC light on a VW. Team was professional and very knowledgeable. Got my car repaired quick and during the holidays too. Would recommend to anyone especially since the nearest VW is in Ontario. Update: This shop backs their work and takes their time to find the root problem. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Front desk was aware I was from out of town and tried every method to contact me when my car was ready. They even knew my name when I came in to pick up

This shop is backed up with work and doesn’t communicate with customers the status of vehicles. As a Mercedes Benz owner, I take pride in my vehicle, that’s why it’s important to know what’s going on with it. My vehicle is an investment to me not just some car. Of course, it’s hard to articulate to anyone the experiences a driver goes through with their car. I will be taking my vehicle to the Mercedes Benz dealer to get it properly taken care of by real professionals, if anyone has late model Mercedes Benz, I highly recommend to keep the maintenance with the Mercedes Benz service centers. Not only is your vehicle serviced promptly but you can’t put a price on peace of mind.
