The body and paint work on my truck was top notch after a hail storm destroyed my truck. My only complaint is their contractor that does windshields is terrible. My windshield creaks while driving. The contractor was supposed to call to fix this problem but never has. I own a new F-150 and the paint and body work is perfect. Just the dang windshield that really ticks me off. I’ll end up paying another glass shop to unscrew that mistake, because I doubt this contractor will ever honor their work. Or even call us back. You can see from the pictures how far the truck had to be tore down and rebuilt. Excellent Body and Paint repair. Just a creaking windshield that’ll drive you nuts while driving.

I was involved in a car accident on January 4, 2025, and was referred to Drexel of Norman (2015 Industrial Blvd, Norman, OK 73069) for repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with this shop has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Not only was my vehicle returned in an incomplete state, but it also sustained additional damage while in their care. The issues included a bent pins for backup censor, broken trunk arm, scratched window tint, a detached skid plate, a broken driver’s side mirror that no longer closes when locked, paint residue on the interior, an uneven and scanty paint job, scratches on the chrome, faulty chrome door trim, clear coat splatter across the passenger side and windows, and a misaligned roof trim. Zach was absolutely amazing throughout this entire experience!! Unfortunately I drove at a construction site where they were spraying concrete off the road and it covered my car. Zach was able to get my car in the same day I called, and did my buff and repair in 2 days. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Drexel for paint repair. Norman Hyundai recommended them to me for paint chip and repair and I couldn't be more happy. They give you a free estimate and had my car in for a few days. You cannot tell at all that I had any damage to my car - it truly looked brand new! One huge bonus which I didn't know - they cleaned the exterior and the interior of my car and vacuumed as well - what a way to go above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly and communicative of expectations.
