Drexel did a great job with my pickup repair. They communicated really well. Alan and Barry and the rest of the team took care of me throughout the process. I have been going to them for years with family and business vehicles. I’m glad they have the updated shop now. I got my truck back about 12 days earlier than I had planned on.

Great experience with Drexel car repairs. Drexel was 4 times cheaper than their competitor. I had my car towed to Drexel from Firestone. Drexel's competitor tried to have me pay for repairs that my car did not need. The original repair asking price was around $5500. USAA helped me find Drexel, and they fixed my car for about $1200. I stopped by the shop with questions months after the crash and repairs, and they answered my questions and helped me for free. I highly recommend Drexel.

I was involved in a car accident on January 4, 2025, and was referred to Drexel of Norman (2015 Industrial Blvd, Norman, OK 73069) for repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with this shop has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Not only was my vehicle returned in an incomplete state, but it also sustained additional damage while in their care. The issues included a bent pins for backup censor, broken trunk arm, scratched window tint, a detached skid plate, a broken driver’s side mirror that no longer closes when locked, paint residue on the interior, an uneven and scanty paint job, scratches on the chrome, faulty chrome door trim, clear coat splatter across the passenger side and windows, and a misaligned roof trim. I called Drexel Paint & Body to see if they painted football helmets and without hesitation, Mr. Zachary said “bring that thing right in” we’ll take a look and get it going! He was so welcoming and friendly from the time I walked into his office, very professional and polite! The helmet came out PERFECTLY and right on time for Tiger Pride, thanks to Mr. Zachary and his team for all their hard work! We greatly appreciate you all!

My car was in for accident repairs on the passenger front and side. Had nothing but great customer service from Michael. However all staff that I came in contact with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! I felt prices were competitive but fare and my car looks amazing.
